Is the Alcantara that you use genuine?

  • Absolutely. We buy our material directly from Alcantara S.p.A in Italy, so we can guarantee that only genuine Alcantara is used in all Centio products.
What if I change my mind or decide a Centio product isn’t right for me?
    • We are able to offer order cancellations up until the time where the order status is labelled as "Shipped". If you need to cancel an order, email us at support@centiodesigns.com.
    If you have already received your product or it is currently being shipped to you, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

        Does Centio offer a warranty or guarantee with their products?

        • If your product arrives defective or becomes damaged from normal use, we can offer you a refund or exchange within 90 days of the delivery date. Simply email us at support@centiodesigns.com to start the process.
