If you change your mind or want a different product, our returns policy for this situation covers you for 90 days from the order date. If 90 days have gone by since the date of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If your product arrives damaged or becomes damaged from normal use, our returns policy for this situation covers you for 12 months from the order date. If 12 months have gone by since the date of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that products subject to general wear-and-tear cannot be returned or exchanged under warranty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at email@example.com and we can provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account regularly for the next few days. If the payment still hasn’t come through, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If this still hasn’t resolved the issue, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. The refund amount of sale items will be limited to the applicable sale price only.
We are able to offer order cancellations up until the time where the order status is labelled as "Shipped". If you need to cancel an order, email us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on delivery or in the unfortunate event that the product becomes defective as a result of 12 months of normal use. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You might wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance on the item you wish to return as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
