Where We Ship

Centio is proud to offer free shipping to the following locations:

 

If your shipping address is not in one of the locations listed above, unfortunately we are currently unable to send a Centio product to you. We aim to regularly revise and expand our shipping network, so please check back regularly for updates.

 

Shipping

We use UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL shipping services for both International and United States addresses. The exact shipping option used for your shipment will depend on your order details and shipping address.

 

Tracking

We use registered post and provide a tracking number with each shipment wherever possible. This will show you an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and current location / status of your shipment. All tracking numbers are automatically sent to you once the item has been lodged with the shipping service.

In general, please allow up to 10 business days if you are in a major location and up to 15-20 business days otherwise. Shipping times may vary depending on the time of your order and your exact location, and as such we are unable to provide an exact time frame. If your order has not arrived after this period of time, please contact us at support@centiodesigns.com.

 

Taxes

If your country imposes import taxes or any other fees relating to the import of your product, you will be responsible for paying these in full to the relevant authority.
